Olga Lucia is a Business Administrator, Specialist in Quality and Innovation Process Management with more than 15 years of experience in advising, implementing and maintaining different management systems in organizations and especially QMS quality and occupational health and safety (SGSST), in compliance with international standards and local regulations. For BDO in Colombia, it has achieved quality reaccreditation in the different service lines, as well as international accreditation under global criteria. Likewise, he has worked to identify, assess and manage operational risks; establish and design policies and procedures for quality compliance, structure and control improvement plans and process optimization.
With extensive competence and experience in internal audit processes for service companies, under general audit standards and guidelines.
He currently leads the Independence, Quality and Risks area as its manager and has participated in leading outsourcing projects for public and private organizations in different sectors such as hydrocarbons, professional services, TMT, among others.
